- ① 온라인 홍보 수단을 활용하여 저렴한 비용대비 효과적인 홍보 진행
- ② SMS/LMS(문자)를 통한 1:1 실시간 공지사항 전달
- ③ 전차대회 및 유관학회 데이터를 통한 효과적인 홍보 진행
- ④ 별도의 학술대회 홈페이지를 제작하지 않고, 학회 홈페이지 하부 페이지로 추가하여 회원들의 접근성이 높은 것으로 보이며 비용 절감 효과
- ⑤ 별도의 학술대회 앱(App.)은 제작하지 않았으나 필요성은 크게 대두되지 않았으며 향후에도 제작비대비(약 500만원) 효율성은 높지 않을 것으로 사료됨 (참가자 현장에서 학술대회 정보 접근성을 높이기 위하여 주요 웹사이트 페이지 & 다운로드 센터 페이지를 LMS(문자)로 일괄 발송함)
